Diese Zigarettenbox wurde mit Design Spark Mechanical erstellt.
This cigarette box was created with Design Spark Mechanical.
Insgesamt passen 15 Zigaretten in diese Box.
A total of 15 cigarettes fit in this box.
Die Zigarettenbox hat Außenmaße von 95mm x 33,5mm x 50,5mm. Die Schichtdicke ist 3mm stark.

Tipp: Nach dem 3D Druck lasse ich erst mal den Druck säubern. Viele greifen auf Isopropanol Alkohol 99,9% zurück um ihre fertigen 3D drucke zu säubern. Ich selbst habe dieses Produkt und nutze es. Ich benutze es aber mit Kombination eines Ultraschallgerätes . Wichtig ist bei dem Kauf eines Ultraschallgerätes darauf zu achten wie groß der Behälter ist . Drucke ich viele kleine Dinge wie die Zigarettenbox, muss ich die Maße des Behälters wissen und sie einbeziehen. Es bringt mir nichts ein Ultraschallgerät für teures Geld zu kaufen und am Ende passt das Objekt nicht rein. Ich benutze Ultraschallreiniger ,Wasser und ein Schuß Isopropanol 99,9 Prozent . Wer ein Utlraschallgerät benutzt, sollte trotzdem auf die Temperatur achten die er einstellt ( Wenn dieses Gerät Temperatureinstellungen hat ). 30 Grad sollten ausreichen meiner Meinung nach.
Tip: After the 3D printing, I first have the printing cleaned. Many use 99.9% isopropanol alcohol to clean their finished 3D prints. I have this product myself and use it. I use it with a combination of an ultrasound device. When buying an ultrasound device, it is important to pay attention to the size of the container. If I print a lot of small things like the cigarette box, I need to know the dimensions of the container and include them. It does not help me to buy an ultrasound device for expensive money and in the end the object does not fit in. I use ultrasonic cleaner, water and a shot of 99.9 percent isopropanol. Anyone who uses a ultrasound device should still pay attention to the temperature they set (if this device has temperature settings). 30 degrees should be enough in my opinion.
Nach dem Säubern : So bald das fertig gedruckte Objekt gesäubert wurde, wird es ausgehärtet . Dies geschieht bei mir mit UV Licht. Ich habe mir 2 Lampen gekauft und auf eine Fläche ausgerichtet wo genügend Platz ist um die 3D Objekte auszuhärten .Dies ist natürlich kein Muss aber man merkt schon, wie schnell sich das Material durch UV Licht verändert . Es wird einfach härter und fester.
After cleaning: As soon as the finished printed object has been cleaned, it is cured. This happens to me with UV light. I bought 2 lamps and aligned them to an area where there is enough space to harden the 3D objects. Of course this is not a must but you can already see how quickly the material changes due to UV light. It just gets harder and firmer.
Nach dem Härten: Wenn das Produkt erst einmal getrocknet und gehärtet wurde, setze ich Sprühlack (Grundierung) ein. Diese sorgt dafür, dass die Farbe am Material haftet und somit ein perfektes Ergebniss entsteht . Es ist eine Unsichtbare Schicht, die dafür sorgt das die Farbe am Material gut haftet . Würde ich diese Komponente auslassen, wäre die Arbeit zuvor vielleicht fehlgeschlagen. Wer will sie so viel Mühe geben und am Ende haftet die Farbe nicht richtig ?
After hardening: once the product has been dried and hardened, I use spray paint (primer). This ensures that the color adheres to the material and thus creates a perfect result. It is an invisible layer that ensures that the color adheres well to the material. If I omitted this component, the work might have previously failed. Who wants to put so much effort into it and in the end the color doesn't stick properly?
Nach der Grundierung : Ich habe damals mit Pinsel und Farbe begonnen . Was sehr deprimierent war ( man sieht die Pinselstriche )
Ich habe mir eine Airbrush Pistole geholt und wil sie nicht mehr vermissen . Sie sprüht gleichmäsig und sogar als Anfänger ist sie total leicht zu bedienen . Trotz all dem gibt es dort auch noch Unterschiede . Eine Airbrush Pistole sollte paar Voraussetzungen haben . Ich selbst will mit meinem Fingerdruck entscheiden wie fest die Farbe raus kommt .das haben nicht alle. Billige Airbrush Pistolen bieten diese Möglichkeit nicht .

After priming: I started with brush and paint. Which was very depressing (you can see the brush strokes)
I got an airbrush gun and I don't want to miss it anymore. It sprays evenly and is easy to use even as a beginner. Despite all of this, there are still differences. An airbrush gun should have a few requirements. With my finger pressure I want to decide how hard the color comes out - not everyone has that. Cheap airbrush guns do not offer this option.
