Hi Tony. Thanks for the purchase. I really appreciate it. I use IdeaMaker and PreForm for slicing. I just double-checked and both are showing up correctly for me. One suggestion I can think of is to ensure the part(s) are oriented to self-support the teeth as much as possible. See attached pic of how I printed them and let me know if you have any further issues. Thanks again.
