Soldering iron is to smooth and flatten any serious problem children, and to engrave my initials in the back.
Bondo-spot putty for incredible smoothness. (minor sanding with 360+ grit sandpaper)
Automotive filler-primer for final smoothing.
One layer of dark-grey theater gel light filters for the eye-sockets (see pictures to see how clear it is to see through it, but it's super dark on the outside.)
