So, sadly think I’m giving up, only got cura I’ve tried it in both orientations.
Half’s, quarters, upside down....
These pics are the latest results one finally printed, then the next 1/4, failed again at the top.
That is the problem I’m getting when fails are happening....
I will ask, rob do you have the file as a solid object at all?, no worries if not...
Anyway this is what’s happening...
