    Remix of one of @TheMeerkat 's 40x60 fan adapters. Here are the changes I made

     

  • Fixed the mounting hole positions 32mm for the 40mm fan side, and 50mm for the 60mm fan side. Previously, the hole positions were non standard.
  • The thickness of the 40mm side was increased to 10mm to be able to fit inside a 4010 well. Previously, it was less, and the adapter would not sit fully inside without hitting the expanding cone.
  • Added cutout slots near one of the mounting holes on the 60mm side. This allows the routing of the 60mm fan cabling behind the conical shroud.

    Print face down on the 60mm side (see pic) without supports at 0.2mm height, 0.42 width. At least 4 top and 4 bottom layers, but I recommend 7. 2 walls 10% infill is sufficient for the cone and will keep it light.
