This is my bits screwdiver I designed in Fusion360.
I've pritnted it in PLA (handle is Fiberlogy's Vertigo Gray and the cap is Innofill's Red) with 4 perimiters (0.4 mm nozzle) and 20% infil.
So far it's been working great. Every thing should be a press fit, tolerances are tight.
The indentation on the bottom of the cap does require a bit of support and I would suggest to sand it lightly for comfort of your fingers.
The spacer is inserted in to the bottom of the handle before the bearing. It is there to asure free movement of the cap.
You'll need:
- a 608 bearing
- one of these magnetic bit holder extensions with a 1" (~25 mm) shaft lenght
- printed handle, cap and a spacer (duh)
