The 3 pointer 3D printed game!
This is a game I designed based off of Clickaloo pieces and it is surprisingly addictive. The principle is simple but quite difficult especially from the shooting locations on the sides. If you want to adjust the shooting positions just remove any pins covering the holes around the 3 point line.
There is an assembly video linked below showing you an animation of how the entire build comes together piece by piece, all you need to do is look at the image that identifies all the pieces laid out at the begining of the video.
This was an entry to the MyMiniFactory Clickaloo design challenge in which I got a special mention for this design.
So happy printing, building and shooting some hoops!
I decided to print a couple parts with support to make sure the pins would fit through the holes as often mine were coming out inaccurate causing pins to break when trying to fit pieces together. Supports are also recommended for the shooting arm which should be printed with the longer section flat on the print bed or rotated 90 degrees so it lays on it's side.
If, like me, you normally print with inexpensive PLA you may find that the pins break when fitting the pieces together. To get around this problem I printed all pins in PETG making them a little more durable and a lot easier to use for the assembly.
All other parts were printed in PLA.
