Emanuil Gojdu (Gozsdu Emánuel in Hungarian; 9 February 1802, Nagyvárad, Hungary (now Oradea, Romania)—3 February 1870, Pest-Buda, Hungary) was a Romanian lawyer in the Austrian Empire.
