If you're going to design parts for your Prusa 3D printer, you might as well have a PC that matches it on which to do your design work.
My second entry for the #pimpmyprusa design competition, this case is designed around a Mini-ATX motherboard using an external power brick power supply such as the PICO. Unfortunately this model will not allow for an expansion video card so make sure your motherboard has decent onboard graphics.
I used the following parts as my design templates -

All orange pieces are snap fit and my require some filing depending on your printers tolerances. If you are like me and hate filing parts, you could try printing at 99% scale. I designed with "better too tight than too loose" in mind.
If you do build a system in this case I would love to see a picture.
I have included an STL file with all the orange pieces layed out on a print bed to make importing them into your slicer easier.
Face plate and lid should be printed on end if possible to avoid supports on the outer faces and keep the amount of support needed to a minimum.
