Descripción
Treadle finger engine. Works the same way as an antique sewing machine, treadle powered by your finger. Think of it as a more complicated fidget spinner. Went for a more organic shape and limiting the number of parts for construction. As well as making the flywheel have 8 recesses to hold 10 pennies each to add the necessary weight for optimal performance.
This build requires:
3/16" steel rod, cut into:
1x 54mm
1x 55mm
2x 25mm
Superglue
None of the parts require printing with supports. Print 3 of the acorn.stl. A dab of hotglue helps keep the pennies in the wheel for final assembly.
