Victor Feneşiu was born in Faget (Timis county). Following graduation from primary hometown, he studied at the School Comercial Um Upper Timisoara, youth and being enthusiastically attended by national political movement in Banat, and the Grand National Assembly of 1 December 1918 in Alba Iulia
