I needed a waterproof box for a solar charger I was designing.
I decided to make the design adjustable to allow the dimensions to be changed.

You can see from the picture what parameters can be adjusted
You will also need a silicon bead to act as the waterproof gasket
I have used this design to create a solar charger for my Weatherstation, but adding a solar cell, lithium battery and charge controller board.
The lid will need to be flipped 180 degrees before printing so that the groove is facing upwards.
When I made the box it didn't need and glue to hold the bead in place.
I used 2mm bead, but you can use any size.
If you do make sure you change the parameters to allow for the change.
Sorry for the not soe good printed examples, I was having a bad day with the settings!
