Welcome to the “Iain Lovecraft’s Feywood Print & Paint Competition” in Partnership with Iain Lovecraft and Anycubic. We'd like to make you aware of a couple of aspects of this competition before you get started.

1. The Competition is run by Hemistorm and MyMiniFactory Ltd. (“MyMiniFactory”) is sponsored by Iain Lovecraft (“The Sponsor”) and is open to anyone aged 13 years or over at the time of entry, except;
   1. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individuals engaged in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Competition;
   2. Members of the immediate families or households of those persons listed at 2.1 above.
2. By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so. MyMiniFactory and The Sponsor may require entrants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the competition.
3. Individuals below the age of 13 can take part in the competition with the express consent of their parents, legal guardian or any entity with legal parental responsibility. In order to take part in the contest, written consent must be sent to info (at) myminifactory (dot) com
4. The Competition will begin on 21st of May 2021 at 18:00 BST and will end at 23:59 hours BST on the 21st of July 2021. Entrants can enter between the above dates, after which time no further entries will be accepted.
5. To enter the Competition, an entrant must submit a painted print of the Feywood Centaur or Feywood Watch Tower or Feywood Toadcap Spawn (on MyMiniFactory Crowdfunding) from Iain Lovecraft. To be valid, all entries must abide by the brief described on the competition page. MyMiniFactory reserves the right to reject entries that do not fit the above parameters.
6. Multiple entries may be submitted by the same maker.
7. Successful entrants will be displayed on an Iain Lovecraft community library hosted on MyMinFactory (subject to confirmation of eligibility).
8. All successfully submitted and approved designs may be shared by MyMiniFactory and the Sponsor for promotional and commercial purposes.
9. The main prize will be provided by Anycubic (HK Address: Room 803, Chevalier House, 45-54 Chatham Road South, Tsim SHA TSUI, Kowloon). MyMiniFactory and the Sponsor won’t be responsible for any mishandling, delay or wrongdoing with the shipment.
10. MyMiniFactory and the Sponsor won’t be responsible for any problem related to the normal functioning of the main prizes or any occurring defect related to their production.
11. Other prizes will be provided by MyMiniFactory, being solely responsible for such goods.
12. Shipment of the prizes can be guaranteed only in the United States of America and European Union (Including the United Kingdom). Due to logistic restrictions, Anycubic and MyMiniFactory cannot guarantee the shipment for other regions of the world.
13. Depending on the address of the shipment for the prize, taxes and shipping fees might apply. Delays due to the current pandemic situation might also occur.
14. MyMiniFactory will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of being contacted by MyMiniFactory for the purpose of arranging the prize or does not provide the name, age and photo ID for themselves and their guest within 14 calendar days of being notified of their win (where applicable), MyMiniFactory reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
15. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are received after the Closing Date. MyMiniFactory will not be responsible for entries that are submitted incorrectly, or that are lost due to equipment failure, technical malfunction or similar. Proof of submission online does not constitute proof of eligibility for a prize.
16. By taking part in this Competition, entrants agree to the fullest extent permitted by law to release, discharge and hold harmless MyMiniFactory and the Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, agents and suppliers engaged in this Competition, and the respective directors, officers, agents and employees of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of, or relating to, entrants’ participation in this Competition and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any of the prizes. The foregoing should not be taken as an attempt to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, unauthorized access to, or alterations of entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
17. MyMiniFactory will never disclose an entrant’s personal details to any company outside the MyMiniFactory group of companies for them to use for their mailing or marketing purposes, except for the aforementioned Sponsor. MyMiniFactory will only use an entrant’s personal details to contact them if they have won a prize, for the purposes of the Competition (including publication of the names of winners as outlined above) and to administer the prizes. By entering this Competition entrants agree to their personal data being held and processed. You mave remove your data at any time by deleting your MyMiniFactory profile. 18. MyMiniFactory reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Competition at any stage where it becomes necessary to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by MyMiniFactory of this Competition shall not entitle any entrant to any claim or compensation.
19. MyMiniFactory reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant which it considers has not acted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Competition, for any unfair or unlawful conduct, or if failure to do so would result in MyMiniFactory or any of their group companies failing to comply with the law. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winners may lead to forfeiture of their prize. The decisions of MyMiniFactory shall be final and binding in all matters.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to or arising from the Terms and Conditions or this competition.
