Crome holds the exclusive right out of every Lord in the Council of QuinSee to live eternally. While his existence is punishable, he cannot die, and will wind up coming back eventually. As master of all time, his interest in the Council is more just for kicks and giggles. He likes the cold, as he reigns in the Northern Mountins and is responsible for the cheery town of Metinberg(MeSnberg). No one opposes his rule, as no one really knows he even exists.
There are two separate models, one for Crome himself and one for his base. Scale both evenly to your desired ratio. Infill can be very low, but 35%+ infill is recommended. The details are for the Crome model at 225% scale, that base is not accounted for but should be scaled the same if you so choose.
