Description
I designed this to fit my 40mm Fan and then thought it may be a good idea to have this work for any size of fan. You can use OpenSCAD to change the various options in order to create larger versions of this.
The included stl is the one that I printed in Black PLA. I have attached 3 images of the printed part, 2 not attached to the fan and the other attached to the fan.

Notes:
Infill does not have to be too high on this, I just happened to use 40% this time.
Enlarge the holes:
You may need to use a dremel to ream out the holes. You may or may not require this step if you change the optional hole_diameter.
