This drawer slide back hanger is a replacement for a twenty-plus year old nylon part that has broken in multiple drawers in my old kitchen. Prints quickly and easily in about 30-40 minutes.
My version is an almost exact duplicate of the original version. This part would work well in PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.
Designed in a combination of Inkscape and OpenSCAD. I have included all (SVGs, OpenSCAD) source files used for generating the STL.
Print using enough perimeters so that the tall pillars have no infill (they are only perimeters). Printed at 230C nozzle and 50C bed. I like printing hot to maximize layer adhesion.
I printed with 0.24 layer height, 0.5 extrusion width on a 0.4mm nozzle. Photo is of item printed in Prusament Galaxy Black PLA.
