Description
The Great Bather is a bronze figurative sculpture by the German artist Wieland Förster. A recurring theme of Förster's work is victimhood, reflecting his own youthful experiences furing the incineration of Dresden in February 1945 and of the Soviet justice system between 1946 and 1950.
