Turn your Smartphone into a high-tech meteorological tool!
Measure the weendspeed, while;
- Sailing
- windsurfing
- Kite flying
- balloon flying
- paragliding
- hunting
- golfing
- Biking
...or my favourite - watching the speed go mad out side the passenger side of the car window.
Make a precise measurement of the wind no matter where you are and what you are up to.
It's simpler than you'd ever expect too...
Download the free app 'Vavuud' that takes care of all the business!
With that installed all you need is;
- A headphone jack - (I cut one from a chap set of earbuds)
- An 8mm bearing
- 2 small magents
Apple ands Android fans lower your weapons.
Compaitble with both platforms,
a pocket friendly, this little add-on will allow you to measure the windspeed accurately - wherever you are!
the parts all print support free
put the two magnets into the holes on the main part
slide the bearing into the middle of the main part
you can get a headphone jack by cutting the end from an old set of headphones, cut the shape of the jack to fit inside the middle of the bearing
push into place in the middle of the bearing, then plug into the headphone socket of your smartphone.
download the free Vavuud app and holder your phone up vertically to find the wind speed
