Starter lightsaber from the game. Each section screws on / apart so its customizable you just need to add the male / female threads.
Done in Blender 2.81 and Substance Painter for the grip.
Printed in Copper Silk PLA and Prusament Galaxy Black PLA
Print pieces vertically with brim
0.2mm layer height is good enough for functional threading
Parts that need support:
- JT Emitter (bottoms of shields only if printed vertically)
- Eno Cordova Emitter
In general, you should block support on the threads as its a pain to remove.
Recommend printing vertically, WITH BRIM

Love this print, the modular aspect is what got me to print it. I've had issue with the broken component, there's a layer that misprinted twice. trying to fix it, but otherwise priming is done and painting next. Great design.
