Nothing fancy but it works.
I needed a simple mount for the e3d Hemera that would let me mount it as a bowden extruder on my delta printer. This version fits on the 2020 tower and has enough clearance that the Hemera doesn't interfere with the carriage as it travels up and down the tower.
It's pretty versatile. You can orient the Hemera in 4 possible directions, the Hemera can be anchored from either side and the bracket can be mounted facing in 2 different directions. That's 16 possibilities.
Uses m3 screws to attach the Hemera and m4 screws to clamp to the 2020 T-slot/V-slot extrusion.
Version 5 has a solid U-shaped channel joining the plate to the bracket,
Version 6 has a couple of small holes in the channel to allow using zip-ties for cable relief.
Version 7 has round corners on the hemera mounting plate.
The holes were adjusted using polyhole calculations and should print at the correct final size with the following print settings:
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Extrusion Width: 0.56mm
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Outlines/Perimeters: 2
Bottom Layers: 5
Top Layers: 5
Infill isn't critical - I used 30%
