This object is a piece of furniture called a loftbed. You will often see these in places such as college dorms, where it is necessary to be efficient with your space. You have the perfect place for studying, a desk with 4 drawers, a bookshelf, a perfect slot for a computer (which even has a gap in the back so that you don't have to look at all those ugly wires), and a nice chair. Whenever you need to rest and relax before a big test, you simply climb up the ladder and sleep in the bed above. This loftbed even has a small storage space behind the ladder where you can store anything that you want to keep but just can't find a home for.
This loftbed is very easy to print and display. The computer, keyboard, books, drawers, and chair are all separate from the actual loftbed so that you can pose this bed any way you want (you can even fit the books inside the drawers!). I would recommend printing at 30% infill so that your loftbed is nice and sturdy. A raft isn't necessary, because everything but the chair is flat on the bottom.
