Description
The R-10 is the smallest 3-D printable pneumatic rotational stepper motor. The body measures 10 x 10 x 10 mm. Step size is 12.9° and torque 1.2 N mm at 0.4 MPa pressure.
Print it with a high-resolution printer. Use a 1 mm rod for the axle in a suitable material. The gear can also be laser-cut from 2 mm material like acrylic.
Laser-cut silicone seals sized 3.15 x 4.15 mm from 0.5 mm silicone rubber.
