My phone case had this leather on it that was wearing out over the years, instead of buying a new one I just ripped the old one off and put this on instead.
Essentially, each color is printed individually without removing the previous print from the print bed. If you look closely you may notice each file has a very faint outline around it, this is for centering each model in your slicer. Don't worry, it is way too thin and your slicer will probably just ignore it.
Mine doesn't look great since I did the black last instead of first, I may try it again later down the road.
