In the town of Buddyland, there was one true star. His name was Penguina. He is a penguin, ofcourse, and in this scene, he is shown to be at the annual Monster Extravaganza. He is arrived as, considered the best looking monster on the carpet. This isn’t his first appearance at the Extravaganza, as he has been there once before, but this time, he will not go unnoticed. All the paparazzi are anxious to get a photo of Penguina, because the worth of the pictures would be extreme. As you could probably tell, Penguinia is sure to claim the top spot on the carpet!
