Naming of the files :
- first two letters = Skeleton
- 3rd letter = finger (T=thumb, I=Index, M=middle and P=Pinky)
- 4rth letter = part of the finger (A=metacarpal, B=proximal phalanx, C= middle phalanx and D= distal phalanx)
EX : SK_PB.stl = Skeleton skin for the proximal phalanx of the thumb
