The blue mask was printed in Hatchbox Performance PLA and the white was printed with Hatchbox 95A TPU. I had a clog issue develop on the PLA mask resulting in under-extrusion that can be seen on the upper teeth layers, but it's a skull. Skulls get porous over time. The TPU version was printed just to see how painful it would be to use supports. This print sadly had another clog develop at roughly the same point and resulted in a spongy print that eventually failed. I had to reprint the top part and 'weld" it on with filament and a soldering iron set to 230c. I also filled in some weak points and smoothed the bottom and back edges where supports were. Both took ~18hrs to print.
