After design and print my first USB holder, I imagine it like the Arc Reactor. So I modify the model and get this design. It's a ten standar USB holder.
There are two parts, first one, the base of the Holder and the second just a kind of insert for decoration. I print the base in Silver PLA and Insert in True Grey. Try any combination.
Printed at 60mm/s Print Speed. Consider just a feew lines of wall, I use 0.8, so that gives you between inner and out wall a total of 1.6mm. Four layers for Top and Buttom. Infill at 20% with ZigZag Pattern.
Didn't use support for body.
For the Tap Zig Zag support, 45° infill line direction and 10% Support Density.
