From my exploration of vases, this in version 3 of the Vase in Vase explorations.
This Vase is 200mm tall and should scale pretty well down to about 50% and scale up with no problem. The prints in the pictures are in AnyCubic Yellow PLA and AMZ3D Trans Blue PLA.
they are printed with a .6 nozzle at .45 layer height with 15% infill. They will print fine with a standard .4 nozzle and smaller layer heights. I used the big nozzle and tall layers to get the prints done quickly.
For translucent filaments adjust the infill pattern and percentage up or down to achieve the patter you would like.

I printed the examples with a .6 nozzle at .45 layer height. they took about 10 hours.
They will print even cleaner with a standard nozzle and shorter layer heights. But, of course, it will take longer.
No supports needed
Infill- I used 15% rectilinear to achieve the patter I wanted. infill can be less or more depends on your preferences.
