I use the elasticity of PLA to create hinges, you can improve the quality of the hinge by adding a raft in your slicer.

Printed in the supplied silver PLA from the MK2S kit. Something more flexible would be better but it does work. Exactly the same size as my ID card so fits nicely in a wallet.
