Printing the solid Rhombihexacron wasn't complicated at all. I used Simplify 3D and printed it at 0.2mm layer height using extrudr NX2 anthrazit. You will have to take care to position your support carefully. I used 2 perimeters.
The structure version is a real challenge though! I would clearly call it a torture test ;-)
The first one I tried to print with FDM using Fillamentum at 0.15mm layer height. It didn't come out well as you can see on my picture. So I tried using a resin printer (Dazz3D) instead. This time it came out far better. Of course I had to resize it a bit in order to fit it on the print bed. Removing the support was quite a challenge.
I think it might be good to print it will soluble structures.
