SALE LICENSE

• You can only sell your own 3D printings
• Print all the 3D models you find on my Tribe/Patreon
• You can't sell the digital 3D models
• Every use of the digital model for video productions is prohibited!
• You can't make a mold for mass production of casts
• You can sell as long as you support me on Tribes or Patreon on the Merchant tier
• If at any time you want to stop you can just cancel your Tribe/Patreon support, or switch to a lower tier

I have made a Pledge, when will I receive the files?

You will receive the files once the Crowdfunding campaign has ended. Further updates regarding the release date will be announced by the Creator of the campaign. You will be notified via email, your MyMiniFactory Inbox or an update when the files are available for download to your MyMiniFactory Library.

How can I upgrade my pledge?

Pledges can be upgraded easily by selecting any higher tier pledge. By doing so, the price you see at checkout will only show the difference in price for the pledge upgrade.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately after a pledge has been made or an add-on has been purchased. You can review your order on the Order Details page.

I would like to cancel my pledge and get a refund, what should I do?

If you want to request a refund for your purchase of a digital product, the request has to be made within 14 days of the purchase and before the file are released. Please reach out to MyMiniFactory via the Contact Us Page.

Please note: MyMiniFactory only provides the platform upon which payments between customers and creators are made. Customers will need to contact the Creator to request a refund if having problems with the digital product.

You can reach out to the Creator by leaving a message in the comment section or by selecting “Private Message” on their public profile, or as otherwise stated on this page.

*Please note, once the refund is issued, you may lose access to purchases, downloads, content, or future updates. You may not be eligible for a refund for digital products that have already been downloaded.

Where can I review my pledge?

You can review your pledge under the “Pledge” tab of this campaign page. Your files can be found in your Library (under 'Campaigns') on MyMiniFactory or Order Details page.

What are Stretch Goals? Are these included in the pledges?

Stretch Goals are unlocked when the campaign reaches certain thresholds of the total funding. If your pledge level includes stretch goals (please refer to the pledge cards), you will receive all the unlocked rewards at the end of the campaign. Stretch Goals are available to view on the “About Campaign” tab.

Where can I change the setting of notifications?

You can update your notifications settings in Settings > Notifications.

By default, you will only receive a notification if you leave a comment and another user replies to your comment. If you want to edit your notifications settings, please click all the boxes under the “Crowdfunding” section in your Settings > Notifications

How will I know if there’s a new campaign update?

When there’s a new update from the designer, it can be found under the “Updates” tab of the campaign. You can also comment on Updates by selecting “Read More > View on Community Stories” at the footer of each update.

I have questions about the files, who can I reach out to?

If you have any further questions about the content in a pledge, please reach out to the Creator of the campaign, or leave a comment in the comments section.

I am already a member of the Tribe being offered through a pledge, what shall I do?

To avoid being charged for your Tribes subscription in March, Tribers of PrintYourMonsters and Fantastic Plants & Rocks are required to unsubscribe to the Tribe prior to March 1st (you will still receive all of your Tribes benefits and perks until the end of the month). One-Month Trials will be sent to redeem on March 1st and you will be automatically charged on the 1st of the following month once the Trial has ended.

I need assistance with my payment or other issues, what can I do?

Please Contact Us if you have any issues with payment. Once we receive the ticket we will get back to you in 3-5 business days.

There are Tribes Trials included in my pledge. what does that mean?

Tribes is a product on MyMiniFactory where members of the community can support Creators through a monthly subscription to receive monthly rewards and exclusive content. There are 3 Tribes One-Month Trials available in selected pledges.

You will be billed the full price of your Tribe Tier on the 1st of the following month (April) if you DO NOT CANCEL your subscription prior to this date.

If you do not wish to continue your Tribes subscription, you will need to CANCEL your subscription BEFORE the start of the next month's billing cycle to ensure that you are not billed.

The Tribes One-Month Trials is valid for March ONLY.

How can I redeem my Tribes One-Month Trial rewards?

You will receive an email called “Redeem Your Tribe One Month Free Trial” on the 1st of March, 2022. Please follow the instructions within this email to add redeem your Trial and receive your files in your MyMiniFactory library.
