I Stand With La Palma

Hello, 3D printing enthusiasts, painters and gamers!

I'm Andrea, founder, art director and sculptor at Artisan Guild.

Most of you know us from the epic 3D printable fantasy characters we make every month for my Patreon and MyMiniFactory store.

As you may know, the volcano in the centre of the island of La Palma (Canary Islands, Spain), where Artisan Guild is located, erupted violently causing incalculable damage.

The numerous fissures of the volcano, well visible from the studio, are about 8 km away from us.

The lava is going in the opposite direction from our location, but has left more than 6000 people homeless. It has also destroyed between 300 and 400 farms, and unfortunately these numbers are increasing rapidly.

As in the Throne of Ash universe I am writing, we are witnessing ash showers and continuous explosions from the volcano throughout the day, with new fissures opening up every few hours.

This time, in the real world, there is no Tyrant God unleashing hell on the mortal realm, but a powerful wave of solidarity and love.

We want to do our part for this island that has given us so much. But we think together we can do so much more. For the first time, we ask for the help of this lovely community.

I STAND WITH LA PALMA is not your typical 3D printable figurine campaign.

It is a fundraiser to help the evacuees whose home was destroyed by the volcano.

100% of the profits will go to the Town Hall of Los Llanos de Aridane. And as a thank you for your help, you will get the 3D printable of the Fire Giant Epic Boss Hefesto, made just for this occasion, and his exclusive bust for this campaign.

During this tragic event, everybody is cooperating and a lot of support is coming also from outside thanks even to streamers and youtubers; it's amazing to see what people can do together. By participating in this campaign, you are also doing your bit, and we can't thank you enough for your help.

Hefesto is available in several versions: as a full body giant and as a bust; and both versions are available with and without the I STAND WITH LA PALMA logo.

Each version of Hefesto has been exported as top-quality 3D .STL files, which you can print at home with your FDM or resin printer.

The Bust measures approximately 103mm to the tip of the crown, and the full body version measures 118mm to the eyes. The latter version also comes separated into two main parts: legs and torso, so it can be adapted to any resin printer. The hammer wielding hand has also been separated.

In a few months, we may release the full body Hefesto in our store. However, both the busts and the base with the I STAND WITH LA PALMA logo are exclusive to this quick fundraising campaign.

Even if this fundraising campaign only feature a single character, our community widely asked for some more pledge levels, to donate more to the cause. All tiers will get the same 3d printable files, but you can decide the pledge level that you prefer based on how much you want to donate.

If you are in the Merchant Tier of our Patreon, you have the rights to sell physical 3D printed copies of this model in any of its versions, as long as you stay in the tier.

We would be very happy if you use this right for good and donate part of the profits to the cause.

Our tier is limited, and at the moment it is full. Patreon doesn't allow us to make a waiting list, so the only way to get in is to wait patiently for a slot to drop at the end of the month.

Who will receive the money that I pledge?

Where can I find my discount code?

There will be no discount codes available for this campaign.

I have made a Pledge, when will I receive the files?

Files will be distributed to backers immediately.

How can I upgrade my pledge?

Pledges can be upgraded easily by selecting any higher tier pledge. By doing so, the price you see at checkout will only show the difference in price for the pledge upgrade.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately after a pledge has been made or an add-on has been purchased. You can review your order on the Order Details page.

I would like to cancel my pledge and get a refund, what should I do?

If you want to request a refund for your purchase of a digital product, the request has to be made within 14 days after the purchase and before the file release. Please reach out to MyMiniFactory via the Contact Us Page.

Please note: MyMiniFactory only provides the platform upon which payments between customers and Creators are made. Customers will need to contact the creator to request a refund if having problems with the digital product.

You can reach out to the creator by leaving a message in the comment section or reach out to a designer by selecting “Private Message” on their public profile, or as otherwise stated on this page.

Where can I review my pledge that I purchased?

You can review your pledge under the Pledge tab of the campaign. Your files can be found in your Library (under 'Campaigns') on MyMiniFactory or Order Details page.

What are Stretch Goals? Are these STLs included in the pledges?

There will be no stretch goals for this campaign.

Where can I change the setting of Notifications?

You can update your notifications settings in Settings > Notifications

By default, you will only receive a notification if you leave a comment and another user replies to your comment.

If you want to edit your notifications settings, please click all the boxes under the “Crowdfunding” section in your Settings > Notifications

How will I know if there’s a new campaign update?

When there’s a new update from the Creator, it can be found under the “Updates” section of the campaign.

You can comment on Updates by selected “Read More > View on Community Stories” at the footer of each update.
