PrinterraVerse is our first 3D STL Crowdfunding campaign, we mitigate risks by partnering with the best names in the industry to deliver a complete experience to our backers. Atlas 3D support solutions for support placements, done in Lychee slicer, tested on Phrozen™ 3D printers with Phrozen™ Resin, and with MyMiniFactory for our distribution and storage.

All our bundles are completed and pre-supported prior to launch so that we can release them immediately at the end of the campaign. The only possible delay is if we go over our planned stretchgoals and it will only affect the release of said stretchgoals.

If you are eligible for redeeming a discount code* (early sign-ups), the discount code can be found in:

I have pledged 1 PrinterraVerse Bundle/2 PrinterraVerse Bundle. How do I choose bundles?

If you purchase one of the following pledges or their Earlybird predecessor:

• 1 PrinterraVerse Bundle
• 2 PrinterraVerse Bundle

You will be directed to a confirmation page after the payment is confirmed. A green “Redeem” button should be shown on the page. Please click the button and select your option(s), depending on how many tokens you have. Tokens refer to the number of bundles you can choose.

Please note: this does not apply to the “All-in” pledge which contains all 3 bundles and adventures.

I have made a Pledge, when will I receive the files?

You will receive the files after the Crowdfunding campaign has ended. Further updates regarding the release date will be announced by the designer. You will be notified via email or an update when the files are available for download in your MyMiniFactory Inbox.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged immediately after a pledge has been made or an add-on has been purchased. You can review your order on the Order Details page.

Where can I review my pledge that I purchased?

You can review your pledge under the Pledge tab of the campaign. Your files can be found in your Library (under 'Campaigns') on MyMiniFactory or Order Details page.

What are Stretch Goals? Are these STLs included in the pledges?

Stretch goals will be unlocked when the campaign reaches a certain amount of the total funding. If your pledge level includes stretch goals (All-In Pledge only), you will receive all the unlocked files at the end of the campaign. To discover all stretch goals you can see them here.

Where can I change the setting of Notifications?

You can update your notifications settings in Settings > Notifications

By default, you will only receive a notification if you leave a comment and another user replies to your comment.

If you want to edit your notifications settings, please click all the boxes under the “Crowdfunding” section in your Settings > Notifications

How will I know if there’s a new campaign update?

When there’s a new update from Printerra, it can be found under the “Updates” section of the campaign. Backers will also receive a notification when an “Update” is published.

You can also comment on Updates by selected “Read More > View on Community Stories” at the footer of each update.

I have questions about the files, who can I reach out to?

If you have any further questions about the content in a pledge, please reach out to the creator of the campaign, or leave a comment in the Comments section.

I need assistance with my payment or other issues, what can I do?
