The union agreement that was signed among the seven Nort-West Anatolian cities (Ilion, Dardanos, Skepsis, Assos, Aleksandria, Abydos, Lampsakos) in Ilion, to share the financial burden, to guarantee the order and safety of the festival that was arranged in 77 B.C.
