Check the screenshot for print orientation. This is a big print, so in order to fit the pieces on my Wanhao i3, they needed to be rotated by 45° around the Z axis to print diagonally across the print bed.
I used Hobbyking silver PLA that I then spray-painted matte black and partially wiped off with a cotton pad dampened with nail polish remover. Very quick, but it was good enough for my purposes.
Print time is approximately 24 hours, but will of course depend on the settings you use and your printer. I tend to go for lower speeds for better surface finish (no sanding was done on the prop in the photos and just one quick layer of black paint was used with no primer).
There are three versions of the hourglass-shaped connector pegs. I used the tight one, but you may find the medium or loose ones to work better for you. The connector pegs are easy quick prints, so experiment.
I used some glue to minimize the seams, but the design does not require any glue to build.
