Ce boîtier a été conçu pour un défi effectué lors de la journée Challenge Techno. ( https://www.challengetechno.com/ ) . Les participants aux défis doivent compléter le circuit à l'intérieur du boîtier. On ne peut malheureusement pas publier le circuit qui va avec la boîte puisqu'elle fait partie du défi. 

Le boîtier avait originalement été imprimé avec une imprimante Stratasys. Il a fallu faire des ajustements avant d'arriver à une bonne impression avec les imprimantes Prusa I3MK3. Les modifications apportées sont décrites ci-dessous.

Pour le boîtier du bas et le clip:

-Le lettrage a été engravé à la place de ressortir de la boîte. Si le lettrage ''sort'' de la boîte l'impression doit se faire sur de la matière support et donne de mauvais résultat.Le boîtier du bas a été imprimé avec de la matière support.

-Le clip n'est pas parfait et est un peu dure à faire sortir mais je n'ai plus le temps de faire des modifications.

Pour le boîtier du haut:

-Le quadrillé derrière lequel se trouve un haut parleur était trop petit et ça ne donnait pas de bon résultat. (voir le.zip) Il a donc été agrandi pour avoir un beau fini.

-Le maintien du haut parleur et du piezo qui avait été dessiné pour la stratasys ne fonctionnait pas avec la prusa. Il s'agissait d'enceintes dans lesquels on pouvait insérer le haut parleur ou le piezo qu'on vissait ensuite (voire photo zip). Avec la prusa, la matière support était trop difficile à enlever et brisait le boîtier. Les enceintes ont donc été modifiées comme sur la photo. 

NOTE :Le boîtier du haut a été imprimé sans matière support.

This case was designed for a challenge made during the Techno Challenge Day. (https://www.challengetechno.com/). Challenge participants must complete the circuit inside the case. Unfortunately, we can not publish the circuit that goes with the box since it is part of the challenge.

The case was originally printed with a Stratasys printer. It was necessary to make adjustments before arriving at a good impression with Prusa I3MK3 printers. Below are a description of modifications that were made.

For the bottom case and the clip:

-The lettering has been engraved instead of coming out of the box. If the lettering "comes out" of the box the printing must be done on the support material and gives bad result.(see .zip) The bottom case was printed with support material.
-The clip is not perfect and is a bit hard to get out but I did not have enough time to make changes.

For the top case:

-The grid of the mouth was too small and it did not give a good result. (see the.zip) It has been enlarged to have a nice finish.

-The maintenance of the speaker and the piezo which had been drawn for the stratasys did not work with the prusa. These were designed as case in which we could insert the speaker or the piezo and then screw them in place (see the zip). With the Prusa, the support material was too difficult to remove and broke the case. The speakers case have been modified as in the photo.

NOTE: The top housing has been printed without support material.
