Is your Pet drinking out of just a couple bowls on the ground? Want to class it up a bit?
Why not print this Irish Pub inspired dish holder? This was designed to be printed in 4 parts, and the two pairs glued together. That way the bar top can be easilly removed to clean, if needed.
This could be used without a bowls, but I would recommend coating the bowls in something to prevent stuff from building up in the plastic.

Print the 4 parts below, and glue the "Cat Bar Top (left)" to "Cat Bar Top (right)", and "Cat Bar Back (left)" to "Cat Bar Back (right)". Please note that the file "Cat Bar top.stl" is included to show what it should look like assembled. I don't think it will print all that well.
Once the glue up is done, you can screw the back to the wall (notice that there is space to go over the molding?), and then the bar top should just slide onto the French Cleat.
As an added benifit, the French Cleat should stop your cat (or small dog) from spilling a bunch of water by moving the bowl around when drinking or eating.
