Files for a custom design variant of the Polania mech from Scythe made in Autodesk Inventor. Test print done using an Elegoo Mars Pro at 500% scale. Ink used for test print was Elegoo standard 405nm photopolymer resin (green translucent) at 90sec burn for 5 layers and 15sec layers with rafts. Connection pins and sockets on components allow for easy assembly without the need for additional materials. This was my first design from scratch that I have taken to printer, so very excited to see if anyone else gives it a try. Successful test print was done using an Elegoo Mars Pro and Elegoo standard 405nm photopolymer resin (green translucent). Rafts and supports were utilized to help with some of the hanging features, and exposure was set to 90sec for the first 5 burn layers and 15 sec for the remaining layers. Post-processing was done with 95% alcohol wash followed by curing at 405nm light exposure. Assembly was done by simply press-fitting connection pins and respective sockets. Test print was done at 500% scale using Chitubox for prepping and slicing.
