Description
This is a part that replaces the standard plastic bungee cord end that comes standard on most Dahon foldup bicycles. The original quick disconnect is prone to breaking under excessive load due to excessive shear forces on the part. This replacement features an enhanced fastening area, and should be slightly more durable. Due to the 3D printing plane of this part being parallel to the shear direction of loading, this piece may fail due to poor print quality but can be reinforced by passing a screw through the lug or momentarily torching the surface to improve layer cohesion.
