Hello everyone,
This object is a Forehead Protector with the Uzumaki clan symbol, that is a swirl within a circle. The word "uzumaki" means "whirlpool" so their clan symbol is a direct pictoral translation of their namesake. It's creation comes from Naruto's character specifically, who's ability is to create a spiraling sphere of wind energy, and whose favorite food is ramen, which will have Naruto (a fish cake with a pink swirl in the middle) on top, of the anime Naruto, it's very beautiful.
