Description
The Foundling Museum tells the story of the Foundling Hospital, Britain's first home for children at risk of abandonment. As well as an extensive art collection, the museum hosts The Gerald Coke Handel Collection, an internationally important collection of material relating to Handel and his contemporaries.
This highly elaborate font is part of the home's original collection, entering the institution in 1807
