Optional parts for the "crankshaft," which is an important part of the engine manufactured earlier are provided.

① "Original method (Vertical state and original support)" (Fig. 1)
Prioritized the size limit of my printer and the finish of the shaft diameter.
However, since the layer boundary and stress concentration are the same, breakage is likely to occur.
(2) "New method (45 degrees state and original + Meshmixer support)" (Fig. 2)
It was within the size limit and the allowable finish degree of the shaft diameter.
The strength has also improved.
In addition, a jig for assembling, centering and gluing of 3 pieces has been added. (Fig. 3)
(3) For large printer, one-piece "STL" data is provided. (Fig. 4)
In addition, I tried printing with "Meshmixer support in the horizontal state" with 3 pieces, but the finish of the shaft diameter part was difficult, so I don't recommend at this time.
Layer Height = 0.2mm, Infill = 100% are recommended.
