Sony sports cameras need an adapter to attach to a standard tripod screw. It can easily be lost and quite expensive to buy. Here is a functional 3D printable version of the adapter.
To attach the adapter to the camera, you will need a standard M4 screw.

We designed two version of the adapter:
-One with the tripod thread integrated to the part
-One with a space for a 1/4"-20 nut, if you want extra strength for the thread
You can print it in PLA. Polycarbonate is also a good choice if you want extra strength.
The stronger the better so use a high infill%
Print with the large flat surface on the platform
