This is my stable and goodlooking spool holder. I had a smaller spool holder before but that couldn´t take 2,3kg spools that good. That´s why i wanted a bigger and better spool holder.
I did the guide wheel much bigger and better to be able to have all kinds of spools on it. The leg i wanted quite big and goodlooking, and i think i nailed it.
This holder works great and i love it. No more trouble with spool holders, this one makes it so easy with everything.

I like parts with no supports so i strive to do as many parts as possible without support. You should maybe have a bit bigger infill percentage to make the parts stronger. So it can handle big spools. 20% and upwards are probably the best.
You are gonna need, as you se on the pictures, four guide wheels and two legs. In addition to that you also need four ball bearings to pressfit into the guidewheels.
I have tested to print some guide wheels and i think i got the pressfit quite good. For me it is perfect.
