This is a case I made in Fusion 360 for an iPhone 5C after discovering there are no plain cases here with round edges in the back. I had since printed it and it fits nicely. If you need to modify anything, there is a Fusion 360 model attached too.
How I printed it:
Orientation: Lying on the back
Material: PLA
Supports: yes
Layer height: 0.16
Hot end: 200°C
Bed: no heating
Fan: 100%
Note that not heating bed means you need to make sure the filament sticks to it (eg. apply thin, even layer of stick glue or hair spray to it). The reason for no heating is it prevents warping. Another possibility would be to use raft and heated bed (something like 60°C).
It might print nicely without supports but the round edge at the bottom may not be so round.
After printing, I recommend sanding it with sandpapers with increasing number. I went up to 3000 and it's very smooth.
