This D20 has an organic internal structure made of curvy beams, adding the die an interesting unearthly look.
There is an 'Engraved' and an 'Embossed' version of this die. Couldn't decide which one to do, so I designed both versions. :)
You are free to sell it as well if you can make very clean prints. If you do so, please don't forget of the attribution.

I intend to make a full set of dice in this style. It takes time since I do modeling as a hobby, but if I see that you like it, I'll try to speed up myself to make the full set ASAP. ;)
Has very thin and small details, so printing with an FDM printer requires very carefully tuned settings, up to 0.1mm layer height, good supports, and smaller nozzle diameter is better.
In the attached picture I used a 0.4mm nozzle, but for a good result 0.2mm is recommended.
Also you can resize the model bigger as I did for one of my prints. Printed it in 120% scale.
SLA and SLS printers should have less problems printing it in the original size.

Printed those upright with Supports at the corners. Turned out really cool! I sanded the flat sides after filling in some acrylic paint
