It's a good idea to use 25-30% infill at 0.15mm resolution for the main parts of the joint, then use finer 0.1mm resolution and 50% or higher infill for the nut and bolt, to give it a well-defined thread and ensure that the bolt is as strong as possible.

I found that a raft was necessary to prevent warping of the print on the hotbed. Any warping can affect the ability of the joint parts to fit together and move properly.

I use 'Ultimaker Cura' as my slicer software. I found that setting supports to 'Everywhere', then changing the 'Support Overhang Angle' to 68 degrees made it easier to remove infill from inside the joint holes, whilst still providing enough support for the joint to print accurately.

It also helps to have some small modelling files so you can smooth out the inside of the joint hole. It will have little burs left over from the support structures printed inside. The nut and bolt shouldn't require a great deal of filing or sanding though, especially if printed on 0.01mm 'fine' setting.
