Covers to reduce ease of entry of small hive beetles into Apimaye beehives.
***The lower entrance covers remove the ability to seal the hive closed.***
These designs are based on some beetle blocking designs I have seen around, but made to fit on Apimaye equipment. I have started to get quite a few of the Apimaye hives and after making this for myself, I wanted to make these parts available for other Apimaye users.
The numbers in the "slider" file names correspond to how many entry/exit holes are left open when the beetle guard is in place. One hole is the least and three holes are the most, and both left and right models are provided.
All models are positioned in my preferred printing orientation, and I clean up the hard overhangs' plastic with a hot knife afterwards.

These are designed for the 7 frame version of Apimaye equipment, so they are unconfirmed as far as fitting the ten frame hive.

Model print time ranges from 2.5 hours to 3.5 hours and requires from 18g to 23g of filament based on my experience.
