Print each item twice and on the second time flip or mirror it so it is backwards. If you want the lines on the front to be a different colour than the rest of the object you can pause the print when it is starting the lines and change the filament or edit the g-code for the printer to pause and then change the filament. Print at any speed and infill! Once all printed stick both of the matching parts together back to back. For a tutorial on how to assemble watch:
This model is consist of 6 parts. So 3 parts should be printed as seen in the model. And then they should be mirrored and printed again. In the assembly process, they should be glued . It is support free model. Enjoy your print.
