Update:

added a correct version for the right hand hotend - simply mirroring the exisiting part resulted in the wire cutout to be on the wrong side. The left hand part is unchanged except for one removed radius R0,5 in the cutout for one of the fans.

If you use the shortened fan ducts with V6 nozzles, check if some part of the hotend collides with the plastic frame of the buildplate clip on the centre back when doing a bed leveling during measurement of the contact point in the back. You might need to remove a little plastic there.

Falls die gekürzte Lüfterdüse mit einer V6-Hotenddüse genutzt wird, bitte prüfen, ob das Hotend beim Bedleveling während der Messung am hinteren Kontaktpunkt mit dem Plastikrahmen der mittleren hinteren Druckplattenklemme kollidiert. Unter Umständen muß dort ein wenig Kunststoff weggefeilt werden.

Lüfterdüse für Snapmaker J1-3D-Drucker für 2x 5015 Sunon-Radiallüfter.

Dies ist ein Remix der Lüfterdüse von Mauro3D_MI (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5798414). Fehlerhafte Maße wurden korrigiert, Kabelschlitze hinzugefügt und der eine Lüfter etwas zur Seite versetzt, so daß er nicht mehr mit dem Halter für den Abstreifer des Druckers kollidiert.

Es gibt vier Versionen zur Wahl, da die Passung im Druckkopfgehäuse relativ eng sein muß, sonst klappert es:

• luefterduese_2x5015_Nennmaß: Für den originalen Druckkopf und Drucker, die genau auf Maß oder eher etwas zu klein drucken
• luefterduese_2x5015_kurz_Nennmaß: Für Verwendung mit einem ca. 3-4mm verkürzten Druckkopf und Drucker, die genau auf Maß oder eher etwas zu klein drucken
• luefterduese_2x5015_-0,1: Für den originalen Druckkopf und Drucker, die eher etwas zu groß drucken
• luefterduese_2x5015_kurz_-0,1: Für Verwendung mit einem ca. 3-4mm verkürzten Druckkopf und Drucker, die eher etwas zu groß drucken

Montagehinweis: am besten ein ca. 30mm langes Metallröhrchen mit 4,5mm Außendurchmesser und wenigstens 3mm Innendurchmesser durch die Montagbohrung stecken. Hierdurch werden die Lüfter zuverlässig fixiert. Dann nur noch mit einer M3-Schraube mit flachem Kopf (höchstens 1,6...1,8mm hoch!) und einer selbstsichernden M3-Mutter fixieren. Alternativ kann man statt des Metallröhrchens auch ein Stück Bowden und zwei passende für Plastik geeignete Schrauben benutzen.

Die unbenutzte äußere Befestigungslasche der Lüfter abfeilen! Sonst kollidiert der Lüßter evtl. mit der Plexiglasscheibe!

Fan nozzle for Snapmaker J1-3D printer for 2x 5015 Sunon radial fans.

This is a remix of the fan nozzle by Mauro3D_MI (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5798414). Slightly wrong dimensions have been corrected, cable slots have been added and the one fan has been moved slightly to the side so that it no longer collides with the holder for the wiper of the printer.

There are four versions to choose from, as the fit in the printhead housing has to be rather tight, otherwise it might rattle:

• luefterduese_2x5015_Nennmaß: For the original printhead and printers that print exactly to size or rather a little too small.
• luefterduese_2x5015_kurz_Nennmaß: For use with an approx. 3-4mm shortened printhead and printers that print exactly to size or rather a little too small.
• luefterduese_2x5015_-0,1: For use with the original printhead and printers that tend to print a little too large.
• luefterduese_2x5015_kurz_-0,1: For use with an approx. 3-4mm shortened printhead and printers that tend to print a little too large.

Assembly note: I suggest to stick a ca. 30mm metal pipe piece with an outer diameter of 4.5mm and an inner diameter of min. 3mm into the mounting hole. This will secure the fans into position. Then stick a flat headed (max. 1.6...1.8mm are available) M3 screw through both fans and add a self-securing nut. As an alternative to the metal pipe, you might also use a piece of bowden and two fitting screws that are suitable for plastic.

Remove the unused outer mounting bracket on all fans! Otherwise the fan might collide with the window of the printer.
